The Team Behind Splash
Experience matters. Our senior team brings together creative, strategy, writing, production and financial expertise, backed by decades of hands-on experience.
We believe the best work happens when the right people stay involved. From the first conversation through the final execution, our senior team remains close to the work, making decisions, solving problems and ensuring every detail delivers.
You get the team you meet. And they stay with you all the way.
Lisa Livingston — Executive Producer and Operations Lead
Lisa brings decades of experience across event production, marketing, strategic planning, budgeting, project management, travel, supplier coordination, and complex live delivery. Her CMP and VEMM credentials reflect the discipline behind that experience.
She understands how to take an ambitious idea and make it operational, accountable, and deliverable. Budgets remain controlled. Timelines remain real. Suppliers remain aligned. Details that might become problems are identified before they earn the opportunity.
Lisa’s ability to connect strategy with execution gives clients something rare: a producer who understands not only how the project must work, but why it exists in the first place.
Manny Makris — Creative Director, Writer, and Strategic Catalyst
Manny brings considerable experience as a creative director, writer, strategist, producer, television host, educator, screenwriter, performer, concept developer, and problem solver.
His work begins with the question beneath the assignment: What does the audience need to understand, feel, believe, or do when this is over? From there, he develops the central idea, theme, story, language, campaign, presentation, and experience capable of moving them there.
Manny works across live events, television, brand strategy, campaigns, articles, executive communications, social media, emerging technology, business development, and ideas that frequently arrive without a convenient category. He is particularly creative when the answer isn’t obvious, the stakes are high, or the same familiar solution is no longer good enough.
